Juice4Life offers subscription-based services with the following terms:

• All subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial period.
• No credit card is required to start the free trial.
• After the trial period, you will be charged according to your selected plan (monthly or annual).
• Monthly subscriptions are billed at $10 per month, every 30 days from the date of subscription.
• Annual subscriptions are billed at $100 per year, once per year from the date of subscription (saving $20 compared to the monthly plan).
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• We may change subscription fees at any time, but will provide notice before changes apply to existing subscribers.

5. Payment Policies

By subscribing to our services, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the subscription fees.

If a payment is not successfully processed due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

If you cancel during your free trial period, your access will end immediately.

7. User Content

Our Platform may allow you to post, upload, or submit content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you hold in that content.

By posting content, you grant Juice4Life a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

You are solely responsible for the content you post and its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonating another person or entity.

Juice4Life does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

The content provided on our Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juice4Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Juice4Life during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
